Caffè Di Beppe, Gastown’s stylish, lush new coffee shop just opened at the right time. January is the time to map plans, bloom ideas, imagine beginnings. Indeed, your first resolution of 2018 should be to come here.

Review of Prado Café (Gastown): Our Search for Vancouver’s Best Coffee

When I think of Prado Café, I instantly imagine their infamous turquoise cups serving Vancouver’s 49th Parallel Coffee. In fact, 49th is so common in Vancouver cafés (even their beans in grocery stores) that we kind of relate it to Coca Cola in its dominance.
